I went to the Texas de Brazil Fairfax location for an anniversary dinner with my girlfriend and as soon as we were sat we were offered to purchase a $100 bottle of wine and when we declined the entire demeanor of our server completely changed. We were ignored for almost the entire time, the manager was visiting and greeting tables but completely disregarded us. Most of the food was either room temp and way too salty or hot and bland. I brought my sister here for her first time. I have always enjoyed the food and service. When we walked in there were about 4 people at the front desk and we couldn't get not one welcoming looking from any of them. No one smiled to welcome us. The food and the people walking around with the meats were very nice and prompt. Our waitress Daniella met us with the same energy as the front desk. It’s deeply disappointing that discrimination continues to be an issue in 2025. During a recent Friday night outing, my group of five was seated at the very back of the restaurant. Initially, I assumed this was due to our party size, but upon further observation, I noticed that only Black patrons were seated in our section.
