Food is great but service is extremely poor which ruins the whole experience since you need the waiters to constantly bring the meat. We keep requesting for someone to serve us.

Our server Mykel provided excellent service for our party of 14. Party included 3 children under 8 that joined about 15 minutes late. We never felt rushed to finish up so he could flip tables. Everyone except myself was first time patron. He explained the concept. Many compliments about the wonderful salad, hot bar choices. Everyone loved all the protein choices and indulged on the desserts. Excellent family get together.
We had our 17th Wedding Anniversary dinner here and Wyatt/Asher was a delight! He waited on us well and tried to get the cuts of meat to us, but we missed ribs, chicken AND pork loin... but paid the exact same as everyone else. He cleared our dishes well and was very patient. We would go back JUST for him- but we'd appreciate trying all the meats.
Fun experience. Sometimes it was a little hard for our pregnant friend to get well done meat. Food and salad bar were pretty good!
