We have been to Texas de Brazil in Carlsbad several times and have always enjoyed it, which is why we chose to bring family from out of town this visit. There were six of us, and honestly, the atmosphere was five stars because we were all together and having a great time. Unfortunately, the dining experience itself was disappointing. The biggest issue was the slow pace of the meat service.
