TCS does NOT haul stone. They produce crushed stone products!! Their products are moved by RAIL CARS! If your vehicle was damaged by an uncovered load or a rock flying from a tire, that is the fault of the trucking company who purchased their products, not Texas Crushed Stone directly!! No, I'm not an employee. I'm a materials inspector who has been to their quarry numerous times over the last 28 years.
Need to secure your loads, you just cost me $500 for a new windshield because your covers don’t work and as your truck passed me going the opposite way it flung a big rock and smashed my windshield. Not to mention all your drivers are bad at following any rules of the road.
