So far all the staff females have been rude discerning I feel like I'm being treated like I'm nothing. I have asked for ice chips or even a washcloth with a little bit of water on it I am a diabetic I have a hip pelvic in me fractures. My doctor is awesome he has a sense of humor you know the other ones act like they don't they're just dull and one of them was down right rude. My son had recently went to this hospital a day due to him being sick, rolla had diagnosed him with covid and he was getting worse so we took him in and TCMH took 1 x-ray and told us he has stridor and they sent us home. Same day we pick up his medicine TCMH prescribed him flonase. He proceeded to get worse and the next day we took him back and TCMH admitted him immediately and proceeded to tell us we should have brought him in sooner. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because we loved Dr. Grant. Otherwise my entire birthing experience was awful the nurses were rude, unprofessional, and a few of them didn’t really seem to know what they were doing at all.
