Terrible customer service long wait times no one there cares would not recommend for serious emergency just go to west plains
This hospital is awful. Multiple times I’ve had awful experiences which were reported and no one cared. I went to the ER because I was bleeding profusely from my mouth after a wisdom tooth extraction and was given suction which is an awful thing to do and can lead to dry socket. I told them this and they said there was nothing else they could do so I left still bleeding. Amazing E.R. staff. They took amazing care of me today, and they were so sweet.
The ER in Huston is an amazing place. They treated me like human being. Clean and the staff was kind and understanding. The doctor in ER he was amazing too. We need understand ER doctors are looking for really bad things making you sick. Thank goodness mine came not as bad as they thought. This best Er I have seen in years. God bless The Huston Er keep up good work.
