Hospital isn't that popular but I took my toddler to Springfield pediatric hospital for a dog bite on the face and they did nothing at all but want to clean it with soap and water 😂, came here they gave him antibiotics and a stuffed elephant in less than 10 mins

I was told there was "nothing they could do" for my broken nose caused by an epileptic seizure. Without help, it healed deformed & my breathing is hindered. Less oxygen to the brain for an epileptic is more opportunity for more seizures. TCMH are frauds and thieves.

Not welcoming atmosphere. Honestly wish I had chosen west plains ER over this place! The very worst bed side manners I've ever had. Will not recommend or ever visit again.

Tonight I brought my sister into your hospital and she was treated terribly. The nurse would not listen to her when she was trying to explain what was going on. She has been having ongoing problems with her health. Tonight she had a change that matched symptoms of something very serious. So not only did they ignore her complaints. They had her sit in the waiting area for 2 hrs total and never came out when several left and came in. The worst hospital i've ever been in. When i was admitted for intestinal blockage, they gave me dilaudid for a headache. Why dilaudud for a headache?! I had a bad anaphylaxic reaction to it. It nearly killed me. In just 10 seconds after giving me this med, i couldn't breathe, couldn't speak, barely could sit up, and barely could see as i got tunnel vision. This is only one of my bad experiences.
