Couldn't have asked for a better experience. After calling around to several different repair places I came across Texas Computer Technologies. They were the first place to offer advice and help diagnosing my problems over the phone. From there I decided to bring my laptop in to get it fixed by the gentlemen who so kindly helped me over the phone.
