Texas community propane practices unethical and deceptive billing practices. They double bill claiming they are trying to offer real time billing to customers. They do this every year in the fall, some times twice, with no adequate notice or reason to customers besides they're working on up to date billing. They phantom bill as well as upcode and false meter reads.This is illegal. I've had several run ins with their employees. This company not only has horrible customer service, but they won’t properly notify you when disconnecting/ reconnecting or entering your fenced property . They entered my property (which is typically kept locked) without any notification after 6 years. Absolute WORST propane company ever. I wish I could give zero or negative stars. We disconnected services after we moved out of our house, out frustration in dealing with them over their shady billing practices (how is a payment late if the due date is never at the same time of the month?) and other issues we had with them. We then realized when we sold our house that we had to get it turned back on for the inspection. So I'm gonna update my review - and publicly apologize to Tammy for the callout. I'm sorry Tammy. This company gave me a decently hard time over a gas panic, and I was pretty upset at the time. In retrospect, they were following their policies to the letter and I was being pretty outrageous. They were quick in their response to reconnect my gas once I complied with their requests, and were actually quite nice. Maybe they're turning a new leaf.
