Great service Julio was great as usual,explained everything and why!! Highly recommend Texas Comfort Systems. Installed a drain pan, surge protection and air purifier. Had all the parts with him.cleaned up once completed.
Our AC stopped working late on a Sunday, and Aaron came by promptly to help. He not only resolved the issue quickly but also went above and beyond by offering to contact the manufacturer to explore insurance coverage and potentially save us money. Truly exceptional service. Would 100% recommend!

Update 7/27/25 After posting social media videos along with photos, videos, and documented call transcripts, I received another cease and desist letter from Texas Comfort Systems’ but this time from their attorney accusing me of defamation. I stand by everything I’ve shared. All of it is backed by real evidence.
