Our furnace was blowing warm air. Called Texas Comfort Systems and they were out the next day. The service technician could hear the noise from the AC but checked the unit and made repairs. The technician spoke to us and explained the issue and gave us option to repair or wait and get another option. He went to get parts and we had cold air right away. The technician was professional and knowledgeable along with the company.
My secondary back up pan was filled with water and needed troubleshooting. Aaron came out and fixed the issue. He was very helpful and explained what needed to be done and why, as well as provided maintenance tips.
