Dr Kandel is an amazing and caring surgeon who literally saved my life. This is one of those office visits nobody wants, but the staff are fantastic, they care about follow ups, work to make scheduling work, and go above and beyond dealing with (fixing) insurance paperwork and referrals.
Do not go to the clinic. Hidden charge. They don’t even know what charges they were talking about. Sent wrong code to my insurance. They sent surgery code to my insurance while I had none. I’m still gonna pay because i met my deductible but you prove that you have no knowledge and moral.
