Just had my first visit with Dr. Stewart Whitney and both my husband and I really loved him. He took his time with us, listened well, and answered all our questions with patience and clear explanations putting our concerns at ease.
Avoid at all costs. Dr. Downs: lacks any sort of patient empathy. He's rude and dismissive. Poor ethics and reports from surgical centers employees not feeling comfortable around him. Staff: unintelligent, unhelpful All in all, a terribly mismanaged practice with a derelict MD at its helm. Over 45 minutes waiting, I asked if there was a hold up... the said "nope" (very clearly not a busy day). Patient care suffers greatly here, so will you. Avoid like the plague.
Day of colonopscopy, they said to go to ste100 in Carrel building when I should have been sent to a ste on 6th floor.
Dr is extremely patient and thorough
