Avoid at all costs. Dr. Downs: No bedside manners. Lacks any sort of patient empathy. He's rude and dismissive. Poor ethics and reports from surgical centers employees not feeling comfortable around him. Staff: unintelligent, unhelpful All in all, a terribly mismanaged practice with a derelict MD at its helm. Just had my first visit with Dr. Stewart Whitney and both my husband and I really loved him. He took his time with us, listened well, and answered all our questions with patience and clear explanations putting our concerns at ease.
