Great experience with Texas Collision! Rickey was my service rep and provided excellent customer service, very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the process. When he was out sick, Leo stepped in and made sure I still received updates. A snowstorm delayed my pickup, but without those weather days, my car would’ve been ready within the original timeframe. I can see why they have such a high rating and would definitely recommend them!
They were extremely friendly, and they repaired my truck very quickly. The repairs looked good and they kept me well informed on repair updates while my truck was in the shop. Would definitely recommend them.
