I wish I could give zero or negative stars. This is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I’m warning everyone: do not use their services. I paid $1,400 to have my home deep cleaned after flooring renovations. I scheduled the cleaning for 7:00 AM, a full week in advance—but no one showed up until 11:00 AM. On top of that, I paid an extra $420 to have all my cabinets wiped out, and they didn’t clean a single one. As if that wasn’t enough, they scratched my brand new floors when moving the stove. I have had the company come to my house and clean several times without any problems. This week they showed up and the cleaner drove into my garage door. The company refuses to pay for the repairs that are over $1300. It was their employee who did the damage while on the job and they should be responsible. Do not use this company. If there is any problems they will not take responsibility or properly resolve the issue.
