I’ve been sitting here for almost an hour, I’m the only person here, and nobody has even bother to acknowledge that I exist. That’s the VA motto….. let them wait long enough and they’ll die!!!!! I would say to anyone that wants to join the military……DON’T….. because the second you become a “veteran”, you don’t matter anymore!!!!
I have been coming here for years. I have always received good treatment and care with little wait time. Thanks to everyone that works here for a job well done!

A lot of people who are reviewing 1 stars are just people who like to complain about everything. I've called for many things and have gone to many appointments. Never had an issue. it's not just me either. I can hear other people talking casually to the doctors and receptionist every time. There might be one bad apple in the bunch, but not enough to leave a bad review
Mr. Hendrix is a professional and a credit to the veterans administration organization. If others would use him as a standard, the VA would be one of the best organizations in the world. Unfortunately, they broke the mold when they made him. We’re just lucky that we have such a fine man working at the Texas City VA clinic !
