I rarely ever write reviews, let along bad ones. Getting in touch with anyone at this VA clinic is absolutely atrocious. I missed one appointment due to a significant emergency. I heard from one very nice lady who informed me I would hear back from a nurse to reschedule my appointment. This was three days ago and never received a call. I have tried calling myself consistently with no answer. I was on hold for well over an hour every single day. I’ve been sitting here for almost an hour, I’m the only person here, and nobody has even bother to acknowledge that I exist. That’s the VA motto….. let them wait long enough and they’ll die!!!!! I would say to anyone that wants to join the military……DON’T….. because the second you become a “veteran”, you don’t matter anymore!!!!
I have been coming here for years. I have always received good treatment and care with little wait time. Thanks to everyone that works here for a job well done!
