We travel from South Houston all the way to Galveston one to two days out of the week and see patients in the office 4 days out of the week. RecommendedThe welcoming smile of the receptionist makes you feel you belong there. The Dr. Assistant makes you feel safe. She ensures every equipment is clean and ready to be used. Dr. Correa is very polite and very knowledgeable. He understands the importance of your eye sight. I do recommend it!
I made an appt with this office on Thursday, 11 July for 16 July. I received no fewer than 4 calls and 5 texts to confirm the appointment. I gave my insurance information on two occasions and was questioned as to my medicare status. Medicare is NOT my primary insurance, as I attempted to explain over and over to both the office personnel and Dr. Correa. The Dr. then offered to EXPLAIN my insurance to me. I love the client service there! Dr. Jose Correa is awesome! He has excellent patient skills, extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough. He took time to explain proper eye health and all the things he looks for. It was my first time there with my grandson, but he was so good that I opted to go there for myself instead of going where I have gone for last 15 plus years!!!!
THE BEST PLACE TO GO, DR CORREA IS VERY NICE AND ALSO HIS HELPER I ALWAYS ENJOY GOING THERE.
They were friendly and kind. The dr. correa was very knowledgable a put a plan in place to help my son.
