Dr. Ziegler is extremely intelligent and the best veterinarian out there. I always feel very confident bring my pets to him and his staff.
The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The Dr is always very kind and treats my animals as if they are his. I have never had a problem with them.
Dr. Ziegler never returned my call with the results of my cats blood work. I called 4 times, beginning at 3:35, 4:10, 5:35 and 5:45 on a Friday the day he said for me to call. The staff said he would call me back that day.NEVER HEARD FROM HIM. MY CAT DIED IN MY ARMS SAT @ 8:10 AM. I will NEVER returned with any of my remaining furbabies. He didn't even have the bloodwork papers to give us when we took her in to confirm her death.His EXCUSE was that his staff never informed him that we called. Excellent care and lower cost. Like that there are no appointments and can come in early to 'get in line'...if you have a sick animal it's devastating to not be able to get an appointment. Good staff & compassionate care.

I am extremely happy with Dr Sigler and his staff. We are new in texas city, and i was worried about finding a new Dr. for our 3 babies. I am more than satisfied, and they all are very compassionate.
We love taking our dogs to Texas City Animal Hospital! They've taken great care of non emergency and emergency needs for our boys and not at the cost of our first born! We have an older Boxer with cancer that they are assisting us with ensuring he is as comfortable as possible for the remainder of his days as well as a young and rambunctious Dane that keeps us on our toes!
