This is a great urgent care! We took our daughter in with no visible sign of sickness, and they immediately discovered that she had an ear infection. All of the staff was very sweet, and the daughter was very professional and answered all of our questions! Great place here in Bee Cave!!
The entire experience was a breeze, no wait, and the most thorough and skilled care from the NP, Gloria. Grateful to have this resource close to home.
The whole experience was amazing! Went at night for an injury to my little one and they staff was incredibly attentive and helpful through our nervousness. Thank god it wasn't anything serious but the pediatrician was SO caring with my child, constantly explaining everything he was doing in a nurturing way and made us all feel very comfortable. Left us with very descriptive instructions and follow-up care. The nurses as well were very sweet, and helpful. Overall 10/10 and will be coming back
Dr. Jackman and the staff were amazing! We walked in on a Saturday and we were taken care of immediately. From start to finish. Dr. Jackman and his staff were very thorough and listened and addressed my concerns. I am so excited we finally have a children’s urgent care in the area!
If I could give this negative stars I would - Very Rude!!! Pediatrician had a rude attitude when she was asking why we were there. We were temporary guardians and the parents were there, but she was aggressive and blew off our reason for being there. Then we could hear them whispering about us from the waiting room! We asked them for a simple covid/flu and strep test to rule them out and they were disrespectful about the results, basically "saying I told you so" behind our backs with the results.
