Front desk lady is rude and seems like we are bothering her by being here. Then while waiting just had to hear her complaining about her personal business and her lost package. She should be doing that on her own time. Very unprofessional.
Everyone so friendly . They made my child feel safe and they try their best to answer all my child’s questions
I’m a single mom of three boys and Leslie was fantastic ! There was another nurse that also helped and forgive me for not remembering her name I was so stressed out with today but the nurses helped that ease soooo much ! I couldn’t be more appreciative of the staff here the times we have came everyone is so lovely !
First time coming here bc my daughter needed an xray & I just want to comment that the nurse that did my daughter’s X-ray had the most contagious happiness. Thank you for her!
We had to come to Texas Children's Specialty Care twice so far because my son broke his wrist. Both times, the staff has been extremely nice, polite, professional and efficient. The facility is clean and you don't have to sit around forever. As a matter of fact, both times they started BEFORE the actual appointment time. Excellent care.
