Dr. Avila was amazing. She was very patient with my son and tried many techniques to do his hearing test. We will be back to see her yearly.
Do NOT go to them. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter hearing test and they had an unforeseen circumstance emergency. The part that made me mad, I scheduled it way in advanced and didn’t even bother trying to squeeze me in even though they canceled on me. I was very upset because they didn’t even try to help me and was very wrong. I couldn’t reschedule they were completely booked. That is not fair and should have accommodated me for something I did not do.
