My experience as a parent at this facility was highly stressful. During our time there, my child was frequently referred to outside clinics. Furthermore, when I requested a letter for an Emotional Support Animal (ESA), we were directed for our therapist to an additional internal appointment with a provider who ultimately denied the request and suggested I should purchase a fraudulent letter online. I’ve been w Texas children for soo long, I’m not sure what the issue is now- they are lacking so much in answering their phone. I’m no longer able to call and speak to the receptionist/front staff of the clinic. I’ve been on hold for more than 30+ minutes just selecting the only option available which is 2- (for appointments or any questions. This is unbelievable.
