I recently called to schedule an appointment for my granddaughter and was told I must provide legal documentation proving guardianship in order to take her to her doctor's visit. My child got a bump next to her eye. Dr. MASHARANI didn’t want to drain the bump, but refer her to an emergency room in Katy instead. It took us 2 days to get it done and 7 hours waiting in the emergency room in a freezing cold rainy day. It was a horrible experience.
