My account was deleted by a front staff person when I asked for help to get some kiddos moved from one account to another- stating encountered this issue before but clearly something went wrong- so I called the number on the app and was able to restore and get the issue fixed. We usually go with Dr. Shenoy (she’s amazing) but had to schedule a last minute appointment with Dr. Masharani - do not recommend going to him. I left with unclear answers for my child’s illness and was literally prompting him to check my child’s body vs him checking on his own. The first time I visited him, he was looking up answers to my questions. Will not be seeing him again.

I recently called to schedule an appointment for my granddaughter and was told I must provide legal documentation proving guardianship in order to take her to her doctor's visit. As her grandmother, who is actively involved in her care, I found this requirement frustrating and excessive.
