My child got a bump next to her eye. Dr. MASHARANI didn’t want to drain the bump, but refer her to an emergency room in Katy instead. It took us 2 days to get it done and 7 hours waiting in the emergency room in a freezing cold rainy day. It was a horrible experience.
A few months ago I left a 1 star review but I would like to update my review as there was a mistake with the billing and it was cause for concern however once I reached the appropriate people they fixed the issue for me completely. Mistakes happen but it takes good people to be able to deal with a very upset and overwhelmed mom and handle me kindly and to my total satisfaction. Thankful to the manager and front office staff at Texas Children’s in Missouri City.
