Nikki, Jay and Jackie were outstanding front desk this morning and Dr Portia Moore has been a staple in my kids lives for almost a Decade now and we absolutely love her
Although Dr McPherson is amazing, I wont be coming back to this place again. Everyone's right with the complaints of Dr Chawla. She definitely doesn't want to really do her job. Idk why she would work with kids if she isnt gonna thoroughly examine ur child, and shows up 45 min late to the appointment. Its ok, Ill switch providers.
My rating is for Dr. Chawala not the practice. My son pcp is Dr Quarles and I only booked with her for a ER follow up which the appointment made for 3:40! I checked in upfront around 3:25pm and was in a room by 3:37. Well I walked out at 4:41 and notified staff I was leaving due to still not seen by the provider. The girls upfront were surprised I still wasn’t seen by the provider. Not once was I told there was a delay nor nobody came in to check in on us. There wasn’t that many patients left. Horrible experience here. While I like my child's pediatrician, it is simply impossible to get a same day or even next day appointment for a sick child, and has been for the past two years. We have resorted to urgent care facilities when my child is sick, but that is not always ideal or sufficient. I called Wednesday morning at 8:15 AM to get an appointment for my sick child and was told the earliest they could see us was next week. Five days later for a sick child! That is simply unacceptable.
