I have brought both my 3 and 4 year old here since birth and my older 2 kids for 3 years now. They are really good with all my kids. We see Dr. Elvis and he always gets my kids into specialist when needed without having to wait along time. We have seen 2 other doctors at this location which were also good but my kids love Dr. Elvis. I highly recommend this location
Since the question is ' how this facility should improve?' , I would highly recommend governance team to step-in and do the required diligence on quality of patient care. We had a real bad experience in even reaching out to our PCP to discuss some urgent concerns; un-believable delay. We were told that this is due to the large volume of patients at this location; if one is looking for some level of access to your PCP, you will be at shock and surprise.
this place is awesome. I have never had any problem scheduling an appointment or even calling last minute to get seen. we see three different doctors there and love every one of them. I would highly recommend
