15 yrs at this location with nothing but fantastic interactions with the doctors. Dr. Tu is amazing. Others have been fantastic as well. That is kind, understanding, thorough, available, and prompt. The front check in staff seems to work on a lower level but is tolerable.

I am only giving a three because the supervisor and social worker is working tremendously hard to correct this situation. However, if you decide to attend this particular location please do not use Victoria Mitre as your physician or even allow her to see your child. The frustration she has caused my fiancé and myself while I am six days post partum is totally unacceptable. So far the Drs have been great , very kind and helpful! However, in the lab on two different occasions the nurses have came off as rude and have rude facial expressions. I don’t understand where it’s coming from , especially if I smile and I’m polite to them?? No one wants to have that interaction with someone especially if you’re there for a health concern .
