As someone experiencing my first pregnancy, the lowest points of my pregnancy were directly tied to visits at this office. I’ve been fortunate to have a healthy, symptom-free pregnancy, so it was especially disappointing that my negative experiences came from care providers. Had a great experience at the place for anatomy scan. The receptionist was very kind and our sonographer Wendy was incredibly sweet and attentive. Throughout the sessions she was very caring and lovely! The doctor who came in also was very nice. The parking did take few minutes so would suggest you account at least 5-10 minutes minimum to find parking. We parked in the covered parking and walked through the skywalk.
We weren't sure if our sonogropher Taibat was having a bad day or sick but after our appointment with her we left our anatomy scan feeling disappointed and uneasy, which is not what we expected for such a meaningful moment—especially as this is our first and a long-awaited rainbow baby. I was referred by my doctor to go to this location for my anatomy scan and I wish she referred me somewhere else honestly. Especially considering it was my first anatomy scan experience. The ultrasound tech already sounded very rude upon initial first contact with her and acted like it was more so an inconvenience that we were there.
