This is my second pregnancy & second time coming to this MFM. I want to take the time to say that the front desk, Alexandra & Wendy, RDMS & Nurse Angela (NST) were so lovely! Thank you all so much for making this an easy, great experience!

I would give a zero if there’s the option. This was by far the worst experience with the sonographer. I came in for an anatomy ultrasound. I felt a lot of discomfort when the sonographer kept tapping on my belly to make the baby move but I told her to stop because it was very uncomfortable she went on to saying she has 18 years of experience and these are the tricks to make the baby move or change position. Maternal Fetal Medicine - honestly a very emotional experience. I am having my first child & was expecting better bedside manner/communication with their team. I felt more like a science experiment than a first time mother. Best advice I have is to remember we are people first not just a name on a chart.

First place where I came across the concept that instead of taking care of patients feelings, emotions, mental status and comfort level-they are expecting patient to accept the way their practices works- because of 1-2 requests they, especially Clinical Manager Ms Amie Jackson, got offended that I requested to be rescheduled for “any other day” & this was my post op visit. This place double billed me. My insurance helped me investigate by calling to get my claim adjusted and not only did they refuse to adjust the claim & claim to clear my balance instead of adjusting my claim, but my balance isnt clear of outstanding charges. I’ve only been twice and all it seems is a money scam. In addition, the front desk receptionist has seemed to dislike her job.
