I was referred by my doctor to go to this location for my anatomy scan and I wish she referred me somewhere else honestly. Especially considering it was my first anatomy scan experience. The ultrasound tech already sounded very rude upon initial first contact with her and acted like it was more so an inconvenience that we were there. Parking: Can be rough. Get there at least ten minutes early to make sure you find a spot in time to make it to your appointment. It’s Building #3, but you may need to park in front of another building. If you’re coming from 59N (heading towards Houston), your GPS may ask you to take Exit109. This leaves little time to make the turn into the hospital. This is my second pregnancy & second time coming to this MFM. I want to take the time to say that the front desk, Alexandra & Wendy, RDMS & Nurse Angela (NST) were so lovely! Thank you all so much for making this an easy, great experience!
I would give a zero if there’s the option. This was by far the worst experience with the sonographer. I came in for an anatomy ultrasound. I felt a lot of discomfort when the sonographer kept tapping on my belly to make the baby move but I told her to stop because it was very uncomfortable she went on to saying she has 18 years of experience and these are the tricks to make the baby move or change position. Maternal Fetal Medicine - honestly a very emotional experience. I am having my first child & was expecting better bedside manner/communication with their team. I felt more like a science experiment than a first time mother. Best advice I have is to remember we are people first not just a name on a chart.
