We went to see a specialist as we always do with our daughter. She has a hearing aide and has to get a check up every 6 months. Dallas hospital fee was 90. insurance does not cover hearing problems if you all dont know. Always comes out.of pocket. Texas childrens hospital charged the specialist visit as an outpatient visit and we got charged 800 dollars!! so they can make more money, insurance covers 300 of it and we were left with a 400 dollar bill. RecommendedAfter my daughter was attacked by a dog, the staff and the doctor were amazing! We got lucky that the neck bite didn’t puncture deeper as it could have ruptured her external carotid artery. She experienced her first stitches and they made it so easy. I wish I could share the video because she actually says “I like stitches!”. Thank you Texas children! You’re amazing!

RecommendedWhy is it so difficult to talk to a member services benefit person about redemption of primarily 2 things 1 of which y’all are saying I need a post card that y’all never sent me and the other being a $25 gift card that y’all are saying now never was even a benefit which is a LIE!! when I signed up with y’all in October 2018 I clearly remember that as one of the perks for choosing y’all over Molina healthcare !!!
