RecommendedThey took care of my twin grandkids like I’ve never seen , definitely a hospital which cares not only about their patients but also the patient’s loved ones , my daughter was given a lot of attention and love during the long weeks her kids spent there . this is the worst place my first visit I was waiting for 3 hours my second visit it was just for blood work I'm like an hour and a half I don't recommend this place
RecommendedMy son had his sleepapnea test and tonsil surgery here. We loved the staff. The doctors are amazing! Staff always so friendly and find ways to make children feel in safe hands.
RecommendedFirst of all, I could not say enough wonderful things about Texas Children's and their NICU team. They were very diligent to help guide us to a diagnosis for my son's apnea. We had a team of at least 7 doctors working day and night to ensure not that we would walk out knowing exactly what was causing the apnea, but also that we left the hospital EDUCATED. I am BEYOND impressed by the level of care, attention, and intelligence these doctors have for not only being able to diagnose, but being able to communicate to the family ... read more
when someone comes in for severe head pain and trama they should be prority. but no they have to wait for 3 hours to be called and another hour to be seen.. Why do you call yourself Emergency center if nothing is a emergency. to you people

No no no, horrible. Do not come here unless you want to wait hours and hours. Understaffed, staff desensitized, just a mess with everything there. Children should not EVER HAVE TO WAIT HOURS to be seen, sick children so tired late at night. Quit building so many hospitals if you can’t staff them. The male nurse up front was just so like whatever attitude. Like just no to the whole visit there. We left without being seen and we will never be back. Our poor newborn. Terrible terrible.
