Could possibly be the worst-managed hospital I’ve visited. My 5 year old came in today at 1pm with a broken arm. Now it’s 4:36 and we’re being told we can’t get a cast until tomorrow BC the ortho left at 4:00. What have we been doing for the past 3 hours? Waiting on the ortho. What a joke. Not quite a good experience for the little guy. Failures in care like this for a broken arm are one thing, but what if he had life threatening injuries??? Never again...
