So sorry for what some of you have had to go through. I have had more than my share of trouble with hospitals but this was not one of them. For about a year I begged my son's insurance company to allow him to be seen by a gastroenterologists that specialized in Wilson's disease. RecommendedBest ER experience ever! I brought my 8 month old son in today. We were greeted by friendly staff and immediately put into a room. All staff, nurses, and doctors were wonderful and explained everything and answered all questions thoroughly. Thank you Texas Children's Hospital The Woodlands! ❤️

I got to the elevators today and there were tons of people waiting to get on....the majority were staff and they all backed up and said “patients first” and let my son and I get on the first one open. RecommendedDr. Guan and his team offer first class care. All of my options and all surgical processes were clearly explained to me by each member of the surgical and post-op team. I am one day post-op and feeling exactly as Dr. Guan said i would. Sore, but in less pain than my normal had become. The entire facility is amazing!

I made a horrible decision wanting to try and come here, I had the Baylor Obgyn make me change insurance and then after a month make me wait for an appt that took almost another month to get a reply and Just for them to tell me now im too far along, i was 2months when i called and by the end was just shy of 5..then i called every other office in building they gave me the same run around and none will see me because im over 14 weeks and only other places i can go are 45 minutes away, these doctors have no sympathy or care for... read more
