Dr. Coats did my surgery for my crossed eyes in December 2022. He is a consumate professional and the best at what he does. He told me everything to expect during surgery and after. He is very compassionate and answered all my questions. The staff at Gramercy were also professional and made me feel like the most important patient. My surgical experience is successful. Remarkable surgeon who also cares greatly about his patients. Saw me last minute after hours fir an eye issue post surgery (unrelated to the surgery). A rarity!
Dr. Coats is a phenomenal physician! He has taken excellent care of our daughter since she was 6 months old (now 7 years old!). We couldn’t imagine seeing another provider for our child’s vision. He is kind, patient, and provides the best care for my daughter. Anytime someone is looking for a pediatric ophthalmologist I highly recommend Dr. Coats!
