Always an amazing experience with my kids ophthalmologist, Dr Kimberly Yen!! She is truly an expert at what she does. God bless her!!
The doctors here have absolutely no clue what they are doing. My son ACCIDENTALLY ingested his grandmothers medicine, obviously we know this was avoidable and we are already beating ourselves up over it and watching our poor baby boy in pain.. what do the doctors do here? They start looking for broken bones and “injuries” to my son instead of checking his organs and other ACTUAL ISSUES THAT WERE AT HAND. Then have a social worker come and start a cps case for a complete accident? They kept pushing that he ingested other thin... read more
I waited 8 months for this appointment and drove 2 hours to get here. No parking validation and no answers which means I have to come back in four months?! Today's visit cost me $100.00 (gasoline for drive, parking, food, and copay). Staff was nice and helpful, the doctors were professional. The facility is clean. Elevators are slow.
