Gasket on washing machine broke, water all over. Tracy came out to look at it and was honest about everything and told me we were taking the proper steps to dry out room and prevent mold from growing. He didn’t want to take our money, he just wanted to help us and had a transparent conversation. Its service/companies like this that will solidify my business in the future. Professional, trustworthy and Friendly are the three words that perfectly fit Tracy and Texas Certified Restoration. We had some mold growing on an AC grate and since we’ve got little kids at home my wife asked that we have someone come check it out. We called Texas Certified Restoration and Tiffany was able to get us scheduled and even texted with us so that we could ask questions before our FREE inspection. Tracy with Texas Certified Restoration did a fantastic job removing water damaged drywall and laminate flooring. He is very knowledgeable and was able to keep the demolition minimal to make restoration easy. Highly recommend for water damage and restoration needs.
Tracy and Tiffany were a true joy to work with. I called Tiffany inquiring about tornado damage and water stains in our home, and she was so helpful! It was nice to talk to someone with knowledge (&who cared) after insurance was no help for months.
