Texas Certified Restoration was a great experience for us after the July 4 floods in CenTex. They were professional, friendly, and worked with us in budget. With no insurance, we were sure we’d have to demo ourselves and were heavily overwhelmed, but Tracy and team provided a great quote and great care to our home. We thoroughly enjoyed their presence and worked ethic and will use them for any issues we may have in the future. The final result is always better when great people are behind it. Can’t sing their praises enough!

Tracy and his team (all family, by the way) did an excellent job of assessing and demolishing after we had significant flood damage to our home. They provided us with trustworthy contractors to restore everything after demolition was completed. I felt that I was treated with the utmost respect and care throughout the process, which is very rare these days when working with restoration or other contractors. My home flooded on July 5. We talked with Tracy the following Thursday, July 10, and his crew was on site beginning work the next afternoon. The job was completed by the following Tuesday and we were invoiced two days later. From start to finish, TCR has been great to work with. I contacted Texas Certified Restoration after the July 4th flood. My house had water about ankle deep all throughout and other than knowing I needed to get my house dry I had no idea what to do. Tracy came out as quickly as possible and was very direct and honest with us. Not having flood coverage I wasn't sure what that would mean but again he was very upfront and flexible.
