Leave you waiting in waiting room for a long time! Staff upfront are very rude! I thought we where the customers??? Not willing to help and addition charge you extra money which is not due, only when you point it out and make a big deal about it do they do somthing! Very rude and not considerate about others time!
I’m giving 2 stars only for the Dr. Young and The Pa Keith. Several of the front office staff and Back staff medical assistants and Nurses are incredibly rude, rough with catheters if they are irritated with you and have zero sympathy for chronic conditions. They are straight up irritated when you come in and they’ve seen you before: I had a surgery scheduled and Canceled the day before because I had finally been treated bad enough by Maria and the other Medical assistant. If they make a mistake they will make sure you pay for it. Do yourself a favor and just look for a more competent provider.
