It's no-nonsense, nonstop quality music education. I've attended two of the institutes now, and after each one I've felt inspired and equipped to sharply improve my playing. Mr. Kuipers is a very encouraging teachers and cellist, he is very patient with my son and provides clear breakdown of difficult postures. He helps fix physical posture, shows proper bow technique, and makes practice fun. He also provides a lot of good opportunities for his students, like workshops, masteclasses, high quality concerts. His workshop provides immersive environment and great group ensemble experience. I highly recommend Texas Cellos and Mr. Kuipers.

We are so fortunate to have found Texas Cello. Our son is so lucky to be able to perform with some of the best cellists. The master classes have helped him tremendously and we see a lot of growth. The concerts are incredibly inspiring and we are very appreciative of all the hard work and effort. Thank you for introducing some of the best cellists to Texas!

I attended several concerts of Texas Cellos and the artistry, sound, ensemble was excellent. It is amazing how much beauty they bring out of the cello. Also the choice of repertoire is excellent. I am always moved and impressed by them. They feature inspiring artists and really connect with the audience. Highly recommended!

Here is our experience and other young students had a similar experience: Not what was advertised. - Texas Cellos advertised big name cello teachers doing 4 masterclasses with every student and even asked us to se... read more
