OMG! Mrs. Breann is THHHEEEE best! She has helped my son in tremendous ways in such a short amount of time. My son was struggling in school with his emotional reactions, behaviors and working in groups. Navigating care for a child is hard enough without the administrative failures at Texas Care Bammel. We have faced inexcusable delays in scheduling an assessment, and communication is non-existent. The Clinic Administrator, Breanee, has been entirely unhelpful, claiming "her hands are tied" and blaming corporate for scheduling issues rather than finding a solution. I called this morning and spoke with Breanne Hines Stewart and she displayed the utmost respect, professionalism, courtesy, and patience. I never felt she was rushing me, rather I felt the compassion in her voice and the sincerity from her. I asked a lot of questions!
