Landry, has been great to work with.. fast forward 8 month later, We got our home, my porch we intented to keep was destroyed, and replaced with flimsy stairs. It has been 6 weeks since we signed closing(this was easy) and 2 weeks of the AC being installed and no schedule on the trim out. I am coming up on my first payment and still can't move in. I really hope no one else has this issue. Update just found out there was an "email communication error" and we are suppose to be getting a call from the "welcome home" crew. We sh... read more

I had to remove my last good review that I left a couple months ago. We bought our house almost a year ago, and STILL fighting issues on it. At first the buying process with a breeze with Leigh. Then once it was time for set-up and trim out, it was a nightmare.. Not to mention we had a refund check due to us after closing that we didn't end up using towards something we added onto our loan and the check bounced, not once but twice, so Jose the Manager had to help figure that out.. and now it is still one thing after another ... read more
