I had been interested in a particular modular home for months and finally had an opportunity to visit this dealership to see it in person. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Unlike many sales lots where you can drive through and browse, we were required to go inside, sign a liability waiver, and be escorted by a sales representative. This place is a joke, take your business elsewhere. Waited 15mins just to be greeted and the salesman were extremely pushy just to get your information and to run your credit. We were just wanting to look at the homes to see the quality and to see if it was what we were looking for the salesman told us just to look online and walked off. Would not recommend and we drove an hour to this place for this treatment, save your self time and trouble. Go elsewhere.

Grant was amazing to work with through this whole process. After having a negative experience with another company, he helped turn things around for us and made the home-buying process feel so much smoother.
