In my personal experience, I would not recommend Texas Built Mobile Homes to anyone. From the start, things went wrong. In my opinion, they made poor choices in the contractors they hired. The first crew that came out seemed unprofessional and unqualified for the job. Later, a concrete crew was brought in and, from what I saw, they completely messed up the foundation — it had to be reformed and poured again. So far the experience has been great looking for a new home for my father in law. Justin has been great communicating the process and paperwork. He's made lots of calls to reps to answer our questions about customizations we're looking for. We went yesterday to chose options and order. Justin was super friendly and helpful. Paided for the house in July made a our payments, chris ans his and his boys are amazing ,they showed up and they was no material to do the job.we explained the situation, they drove a hour and a half one way to shotingbird to pick up material to return. He told me , it would be done today and here it is done.if u buy a mobile home from Texas built, make sure to ask for chris and his boys amazing job.he talks highly of texas built office in seguin.
