Do not deal with these people. Not only did it take 4 months for us to be allowed on our own property to see what was done to the land and home, we keep finding problems with it and we get nothing but excuses and buck passing on getting these problems fixed. We are having SERiOUS issues here, like the plumbing was not done right, and the guy in charge of it, Dwayne Beasley, could not care less that there is a fecal and t-p spring welling up in front of our mobile home. The wait time to get your things fix/replaced is crazy. We bought the house a month before my wife got pregnant. The baby is already here and the my mobile homes master bathroom is still not fixed. The toilet arrived broken when the they installed the mobile home. The home is nice and all but the whole process was and still is a headache. The only reason im posting is because they still cant give me a date to install the replacement toilet. That was the last straw
From the start of the process, throughout and all the way up until we were fully setup. Nick Brandon took care of us every step of the way, couldn’t ask for a better person/ company to have in my corner. Appreciate y’alls help with setting up my new home, couldn’t be more appreciative.
