The diffusers are sleek and have a great look; however, the large expensive 20x30 whistles with the air intake and is very noisy. We had a delay in our construction and had to return the one that was so loud. The company wanted to charge a 30% restock fee despite the delay that was not our fault; however, when it was returned, they charged a 50% fee! NEVER AGAIN for us or our clients! Buy another from someone else on Amazon.
I do not give out 5 star reviews lightly, but we found these fellows on the web, the had some great mud in diffusers. We ordered 5 (five), they are perfect and discreet once installed. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a great diffuser solution. The diffusers fitted perfected and are very elegant. Client loves the solution.
