I was so excited to find Dr.Bonnen after 18 years after he did my first surgery. Unfortunately my excitement ended after he said my xrays & MRI was negative without showing me any test results. But yet my left arm goes numb with the burning sensation when turning my head to the left. Now he refuses to contact me to either do the surgery or set up physical therapy. It’s been nearly a 3 weeks now.
I had a bad experience before even meeting the Doctor. They canceled my appt due to emergency. Rescheduled appt for next day and he had another emergency so I rescheduled again and now I’m waiting over 40 minutes to meet him for the first time. But if doesn’t show up soon I’m taking my business somewhere w!
