Dr Orozco is extremely patient and thorough. I’m working with him now to try and prevent back surgery. He’s a great listener and always looks at the MRI scans himself in his office.

Both of my surgery's he has done a great work. Had two other surgery's by two other surgeons that didn't go well.
It is difficult for me to separate Dallas Pain Consultants from my surgeon, Ludwig Orozco. They share the same office and refer patients back and forth. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Orozco and Dr. Thomson’s for almost a year now. I started seeing Thompson after Dr. Orozco performed a 3-level, 360-degree lumbar fusion on me in Aug of 2018. Dr. Orozco and staff are amazing!
Dr.Orozco did a great job in getting my back better. No more leg pain after my fusion. He is very professional and knowledgeable. His staff is very helpful and kind. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a neurosurgeon.
