They over-billed my insurance company and then sent me to a debt collector for refusing to pay the $60 that insurance didn’t pays. Imposible to get someone on the phone to talk about my bill. Called multiple times and tried to deal with the AI chat. Extremely frustrating and not worth the visit. Edit: In regards to their response below, yes I’ve done that and it sends me in circles. I’ve wasted more time than the $60 is worth. Just leave me alone at this point.
Absolutely amazing practice. They have wonderful doctors, nurses, and office staff. 10/10 would come here again, hopefully under better circumstances. I spent a LOT of money here. Every dollar was WELL worth it! Thank you for making me whole again, Texas Bone and Joint - Denton!! Huge shoutout to Dr. Ward and all of the wonderful folks he keeps in his company. You all help make the world go 'round.
