Dr Ward and his staff are awesome and the only team I would recommend to friends and family.
Usually with physicians offices, there's at least one "piece" that is not up to par or one person or interaction where you're left feeling mildly annoyed or frustrated. Not at all the case here! From front office staff, to medical assistants and xray person, to physician, all 10/10 interactions.
This office is amazing! From checkin to checkout the staff are friendly and bubbly! I received excellent care from both the PA Duane Allred and Dr. Flowers! Everyone is so down to earth and you don’t feel like you’re being rushed in and out! I highly recommend this office for anyone needing orthopedic care!
Dr Ward is the best, and they have the best office staff, very caring. Would for sure recommend.
