The staff was very professional, courteous and took the time to satisfy all of our questions about the upcoming procedure. They explained the restrictions after the surgery and the length of the restrictions. We left feeling very comfortable.
I was told I have a 10AM appt. Appt was scheduled between HCA hospital and TBJ , I was on line also, they said your appointment is 10AM, ok so I walk in door at 10AM, the guy at front hands my papers that probably I can fill out in 5 minutes. He says you should be here 30 minutes early, I said they didn't tell me. We can't see you now but you can come back In afternoon. I said I can fill this out fast, are they waiting to see me now, he says no, and I see about 8 or so other people waiting. So they make mistake and don't tel... read more

The staff was super sweet. I had to drive myself, and was trying to make my way on crutches. The staff saw this and got me a wheelchair and personally made sure I got to my appointment, checked in, and even took me directly back to my car in the parking lot. I'm so grateful for their kindness. Above and beyond is what you get from them!
