it is a shame that I have to write this because Doctors Green, Levy and all the staff are great. The problem is the REFERRAL DEPT. This is not my first time to go to TB&J. I have 4 surgeries on my right arm and had the same problem with the REFERRAL DEPT. . Now it is my left arm. My PCP office says they sent the referral twice., TB&J say not received, Ref dept. told me it takes a few days to go through the referrals (it has been over a week) so maybe each office should handle their referrals instead of having one office for ... read more
