We purchased our 2nd water softener system from Texas Blue Water Filtration. We had purchased our first system 10 years ago when we moved into our new home. They did a great job on our installation and that system gave us 10 solid years of good service without a single problem. This company’s customers service is phenomenal. We have had our system for about 6/7 years now. They have had to have them come out to replace something on the system ( something for the scheduling). Today they came out because we had a rat eat through our water tubes.... once again they were fast, polite and extremely courteous they didn’t even charge us for there time. Great product and knowledgeable people! Harold, our sales representative, answered all of our questions and allowed us time to research as this was our first softener. The install was fast and clean! We love the system and look forward to Years if clean water.
