I bought a pre-owned car from this company. The car had some hail damage. I purchased the car and Jay found a great paintless dent repair specialist to make the repairs. They also allowed the PDR specialist to use their shop to make the repairs. I know why "Best" is in the name of the company because they are the BEST! Would definitely do business there again! Jay was outstanding. These guys who work with him, Frank and Rex the sales manager were some of the best and caring guys you can meet. Don't even hesitate to do business with them or their sister company. Both may you feel happy when you leave because you don't feel like somehow ya got screwed. My experience with Texas Best was a good one. I like the motorcycle I bought and salesman made things a lot easier by not being one of those pushy kind. I fully intend to be a repeat customer.
I felt that Boyd had a genuine interest in finding the right bike for me. He even talked me out of looking at bigger more expensive bike because he did not feel it was for me. Boyd is solid.
This was a great buying experience for me, Jordan was outstanding and I will definitely advertize this business. It was a good experience and Thomas was excellent also.
My salesman was Jay Nanashe and sales manager was Rex Davis Both of the gentlemen were extremely helpful and honest, Jay drove his car and took me to lunch and also drove me to the bank to obtain the money. Both of the gentlemen demonstrated good old fashion customer service that was second to none. Happy new year.
