Overall a very good experience for our dad. Nurse Wendy is awesome, great communicator and listener. The aides show up every single day unless emergency (most are contract labor, but all have been very kind to my 95 year old dad). We have had some after hours issues and have received support (phone or in person) as needed. Rehm is our aide now and great, Toni (now moved on), was absolutely wonderful. We followed nurse Wendy when the prior company we were using (R to R), went out of business. We are thankful for this service.... read more
Texas Best has been so wonderful to my mom - and me. Dr. Trinh, Wendy (RN) and Cecelia (Aide) are so warm and caring - very attentive to mom's needs. They are easy to get in touch with and responsive to any question or concern we have. I could not ask for a better team at this stage of mom's life. Truly a blessing to have this team.
Mr. Larry was incredibly instrumental in helping a family member. I would recommend him and Nurse Betty a million times.
