Our Church, Western Heritage Cowboy Church needed to serve 220 people for the Petrolia High School Baccalaureate Service. Texas Best gave us a great price. They had the food boxed up, hot and ready for us when we came to pick it up. Brisket, sausage, and beans were awesome. Couldn't have ask for anything better. Thanks for doing a great job for our event.
We got the brisket for our son Matthew's graduation. Was high quality and inexpensive!
My wife and I ate there on a trip and it was horrible. She got a 2 meat, myself the 3. Her ham was dry and bland, her and I had sausage, it was cold and oily. My third was brisket, it was probably good the day before. It was very dry, to the point I poured bbq sauce over it and it absorbed the liquid and left a wierd paste on the meat, and was so dry I almost couldn't swallow it.
