This woman is young and has less experience than my previous doctors but spoke as though she knew everything. I understand laws are more strict in Texas but I was told flat out that she wasn't willing to risk her license by continuing my anxiety medication or even properly tapering me from the benzodiazepine I had been prescribed for over 20 years and instead wanted a significant and dangerous lowered dose immediately. The whole process was abysmal. I booked months in advance. Called a few days before appt to confirm what my copay would be. They said they're waiting for insurance info to process. Told me 26hrs before my appt that I had to fill out my new client paperwork before 24hrs or I would be charged for canceling. I get it submitted. I called again to confirm, they didn't have it so I wanted to reschedule, and it turns out Dr Wilson isn't even taking new clients.
