Had this for the first time at the Garlic Festival and the mesquite brisket was fantastic! Just about the best I have ever had or at least in the top two!! You need a restaurant!

The best brisket on earth! Especially liked the bison brisket. Never had anything like it. Simply fantastic!
I finally unpackaged and tried the Bison Brisket I had purchased the other day. It was fantastic! Wonderfully smokey, tremendous flavor, and fall apart tender! I really hope that Bison becomes a mainstay for your business.
I am a Texas native, and I can tell you that this is the REAL DEAL when it comes to taste, authenticity, and good ol southern hospitality. It's a little of a hike for me, but a lot closer than getting on a plane to Texas. James and Erin have done an excellent job of bringing a small piece of Texas to Dayton Ohio. The brisket and breakfast tacos, yes I said Breakfast tacos ( Sunday mornings) Can't be beat.. This place will not dissappoint!!
Am at the Dayton Hispanic Heritage Festival and must say I am very impressed with how it has grown. In particular, the food I had was the most tasty brisket I've ever eaten! Come down and try Texas Beef and Cattle Company's offerings yourself. You'll be glad you did!

Just had some of the best brisket I have ever eaten.. Perfect bark and color, moist and tender... Flavorful with the gentle kiss of mesquite smoke.... Spectacular
